Ms. Maher grew up in a real estate family and developed an advanced awareness of real estate, marketing and sales at an early age. Her career has been defined by successfully promoting a broad range of high-end products and services, from fine jewelry and luxury automobiles to commercial and luxury resort real estate. Her diversified real estate development, marketing and sales background have given her hands-on experience in virtually every aspect of the Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Real Estate fields.
Early in her career as an advertising executive for real estate clients, she identified a counter- productive disengagement between marketing and sales. Real estate companies often rested on established laurels — only engaging in under-effective reactive marketing when situations became fiercely competitive. She became determined to introduce real estate companies to the benefits of the proactive marketing strategies employed by consumer product manufacturers.
Coupled with her extensive work in the real estate industry selling investment real estate, participating in new developments and overseeing sales teams, Ms. Maher offers clients and partners a valuable combination of skills including finance, contract preparation, sales and development processes and consumer marketing.
Projects Ms. Maher has been involved with include revitalization of distressed income properties; property repositioning; commercial real estate sales and leasing; market and product analysis; new business acquisition; property and project management; and condominium and resort product development, marketing and sales. Ms. Maher is often called upon to speak to industry groups and represents her clients with the press, community and governmental agencies.
